In a bowl take frozen malai.Beat with electric blender for 2 to 3 minutes.

Wrap the plastic for not over flow.Keep aside all cream with spatula.Seive it nicely.

After seiving the water is left.It's called bitter milk add salt and use for kadhi,kneading dough,making dhokla or too many things in kitchen.

Again wash the cream with chilled water.Add 8ce cubes for good bondation on of butter.

Do the same process till complete cream remove water and bind tightly.Now take out from water.And nind it in butter paper to soak all the water nicely.

Now keep it in the air tight container into the fridge.It's a unsalted butter freshly made at home.Keep in the fridge for an hour.Use in your dishes.
