Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 ggluten free pasta cooked per instructions on the packet
  • 60 ggluten free pancetta diced
  • 170 gmushrooms sliced
  • 2garlic cloves minced
  • 1small onion diced
  • 150 mldairy free cream
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the pancetta, mushrooms, garlic and onion in a shallow pan over a medium heat
    Sauté for 10 minutes or until the pancetta is crisp

  2. 2

    Pour in the dairy free cream and simmer for a couple of minutes
    Stir in the cooked gluten free pasta

  3. 3

    Season to taste
    Serve immediately
