My kids requested a birthday cake, so following their request, I finally came up with this type of cake. Since it's ice cream, it can be stored in the freezer for a good amount of time. It can be cut into individual slices so that it's easy to eat.Make sure you don't forget to make space in the freezer. You can freeze the cookie dough before or after shaping it, so use your time wisely and plan out when to make it. For 25 x 16 x 5cm [9.8 x 6.3 x 2.0 in] cake pan ~ cut into 20 pieces.
