Ingredients

8-10 people
  • 100 gmssauf/fennel seeds
  • 5-6green cardamoms
  • 200 gramsSugar
  • as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak sauf for 5-6 hours.

    Grind it with sugar and cardamom. Add little water.

  3. 3

    Sieves it. Boil it. After cooling put it in an airtight bottle.

  4. 4

    When you have to serve put 1/4 syrup add water ice cubes.serve it
