Steps

Sieve wheat flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a mixing bowl.

Now add sugar and mix again.

Add curd, refined oil and little buttermilk (do not empty buttermilk, u may need later), refined oil amd yeast.

Now knead a soft dough, not too hard or runny, just a soft consistency like a roti dough.

Put the dough aside covered to let it rise for atleast an hour or more.

Prepare a baking pan (or spheres as I made) and brush the bottom and walls of it's insides with some oil.

Now put the dough into the baking pan and bake in a preheated oven (preheat for 10 mins) at 180° C for 35-40 minutes. Serve.

You can garnish with white sesame seeds, flax sseds and rolled oats if you wish.
