Nutritious and healthy with lots of peas and paneer
Steps

Wash rice thoroughly in running water and soak and keep aside. Peel and wash onion, potatoes and green peas. Grate tomatoes and make puree. Grate ginger.

Now cut paneer in small pieces. Like wise cut potatoes and onion lengthwise.

Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and let cumin seed splutter for a minute on low flame.

Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add chopped potatoes and stir fry for 2 minutes. Now Add tomato and ginger and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Add whole masale, salt, red chilli powder, bay leaves and stir. Add Peas and paneer and saute for 1 minute. Now add washed rice and mix.

Mix well and add 2 bowls of water and pressure cook till three whistles. Let pressure releases automatically.

Serve hot with pickle or curd.
