Choco lava cake
Steps

Take 1 whole packet of Sofit protein and crush them to a fine powder in a mixer

Take a mixing bowl and remove the biscuit powder in it. Add Chocolate syrup to it to make a smooth dough.

Add Caramel syrup, Nutella and Drinking chocolate powder if required.

Take the silicone moulds and brush them with butter. Take the silicone moulds and put the biscuit dough in it

Gently press from all the sides so it takes the shape of the mould.

Add the chocolate syrup in the biscuit cavity and cover it with a layer of biscuit dough.

Refrigerate it for ½ an hour so that it sets firmly.
- 8
Turn the mould upside down and de-mould it.
- 9
Sprinkle with chocolate powder and serve it.
