  • 1/2चम्मच अजवायन
  • 1/2चम्मच सौफ
  • 1चम्मच काली मिर्च कुट्टी हुई
  • 1कटोरी बेसन (सारी सामग्री के साथ)
  • दही
  • हरी चटनी

    आलू धोकर छिलकर बारीक काट ले।हरी मिर्च पालक भी काट ले। सारे मसालों के साथ बैटर बना ले।
