If grinding green pepper, green sauce, garlic, ginger for a whole month, add a little coking oil when grinding. Nothing will change colour and taste will not change.

اگر پورے مہینے کے لیے سبز مرچ ،سبز چٹنی،لہسن،ادرک پیس کر رکھنا ہو تو گرائینڈ کرتے وقت تھوڑا سا کوکنگ آئل شامل کر دیں کسی بھی چیز کا رنگ نہیں تبدیل ہو گا اور ذائقہ بھی تبدیل نہیں ہوگا۔

اگر پورے مہینے کے لیے سبز مرچ ،سبز چٹنی،لہسن،ادرک پیس کر رکھنا ہو تو گرائینڈ کرتے وقت تھوڑا سا کوکنگ آئل شامل کر دیں کسی بھی چیز کا رنگ نہیں تبدیل ہو گا اور ذائقہ بھی تبدیل نہیں ہوگا۔
Cooking Instructions

Add gram flour, salt and cumin in a large bowl.

And mix gently.

Add water and make very thick paste. Rest it for 15 minutes.

Heat up the oil and make bhaliyain with bhaliyain maker. (Big hole sieve)

Fry on medium heat until becomes nice golden brown.

Bhaliyain are ready. Save in airtight container.
