1/4 piecebottle gourd
150 gmsBesan
to tasteSalt
1 tablespoonHaldi/ turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoonRed chilli powder
1/2 tablespooncumin powder
1/4 tablespoonblack pepper powder
100 gmsOil

Cut the gourd or kaddu in small pieces as shown in the figure.

Mix all ingredients and fry them.
