Wash and dry the limes and green chillies. Cut the lime into halves and green chillies as per your choice. Add salt and keep it in the sun. Cover it with a muslin cloth. I have kept it in the sun for almost 20-25 days.

Grind saunf, mustard seed coarsely. Add all the remaining ingredients except lime juice. Mix well. Now keep it for one day in the house. Then the next day add the lime juice and fill it in the bottle and keep it for 4-5 days and then start enjoying it.
