Tomatoes ko dho kar cubes mein cut kar lein. Pot mein tomatoes, garlic r onion dal mix kar lein. Cover kar ke medium to flame py 30 minutes cook karein.

Sary mixture ko blender jar ya hand blender sy blend kar ke puree bana lein. R phr puree ko chaan kar pot mein dal dein.

Stove par rakh dein. Ab iss mein darchini, bari elaichi, sugar, vinegar, salt and red chilli powder dal ke mix karein. Aik boil any ke baad medium to low flame py 30 to 35 minutes cook kar lein sath sath chamch hilati rahen jab tak iska pani achi trah dry ho jy.

Thanda kar ke kisi clean bottle ya jar mein dal ke fridge mein rakh dein. (1 month tak use kar skty hn).
