  • 1/2 cupsooji
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 2 tspgrated carrot
  • 2 tspcapsicum
  • 2 tsponion
  • 2 tspcorinder
  • 1chilli
  • 1 tspeno
  • Forseasoning:
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 tspMustard seed
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 1 tspUdad dal
  • 1 tspChana dal
  • Fewcurry leaves
  • 1-2Red dry chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Roasted the sooji cool it. add curd, chilli, ginger,coriander,and all the vegetable and mix it properly.

    Leave it for 15 mins.

    Take a pan.put the oil. Add jeera, mustard seed, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves, chilli prepared tadka add into the batter.Mix it.

    Immediately pour the batter in idli moUld and steam it.

    Idli is ready to serve.
