Steps

Cut all veggies.

Roast methi seeds and mustard seeds and grind to powder.

Take kadai put mustard oil let it boil
- 4
Add salt turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and powder of methi and mustard seeds and put all veggies

Mix all veggies add vinegar and mix well
- 6
Let it cool and put in jar
