In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt. Chop all the other ingredients into small pieces and add them to the egg mixture.

Pour the mixture into a greased cupcake pan, filling each cup about halfway or a little more. (The eggs will rise as they bake.) Preheat the oven.

Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C). (Baking time may vary depending on your oven.) You can add cheese on top or mix it in if you like.
