Ingredients

  • 400 gyuca raw
  • 1/2vegetable stock cube
  • Water
  • Pair with
  • Salsa
  • Salad
  • Sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and dice yuca to 1.5cm thickness.

  2. 2

    Put your yuca, half vegetable stock cube and water to cover the yucas in a container for steaming

  3. 3

    Steam your yuca mixture till it’s soft or about 20minutes depends.

  4. 4

    Assemble! Salad, yuca, salsa and sour cream!
