Steps

In a bowl, put flour, and blueband, and mix very well by rubbing in your hands. Add the food colour, salt, sugar and yeast and mix well with your hands.
- 2
Add the egg and mix well. Then add the milk little by little mixing them together as you knead for 5 minutes. Make a ball and Grease your bowl, place the dough in the bowl and cover with a damp kitchen towel for 10minutes.
- 3
Now grease and lightly dust your baking tin. Preheat your oven to 180°c.
- 4
Make small balls shaping them so well and arrange them well on the baking tin as you space them apart. Bake them for 25 minute to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, transfer to the cooling rack. Keep well preserved in a tight container for two days (in a cool place) or in the fridge for a week.
