First add 2 spoon of vinegar in hot boiling milk to curdle it. Hang it in a muslin cloth so that all water gets dripped off and it becomes dry.

After 3 hours take a mixer jar put crumbled mixture of curdled milk with salt, ghee. Give it a nice churn.

Add all-purpose flour and mix it again to form a paste then take a cling film and put the mixture by patting it. I used normal plastic sheet, freeze it for 2 to 3 hours. Your homemade cheese is ready.
