Wash meat throughly, add all the meat in pot filled with water and boil. When water start bubbling, add 1 tbsp of vinegar & keep boiling for 2-3 minutes. Discard all water n keep meat in a strainer. (This step is especially for removing all dirty smell of blood)

Heat oil in a pan, add onion n fry

Meanwhile blend tomatoes, set aside

Add ginger garlic paste, sauté for couple of minutes

Add tomato purée, mix well

Add all the seasoning, bhonofy

Add meat in prepared tomato masala and mix it well

Add a glass of water, cover and cook until meat more than half done

Add potatoes and mix it well

Cover and cook for couple of minutes

When potatoes and meat is full tender, sprinkle qasuri methi, turn off the flame and cover for a minute

Soon oil comes on top, add green chili, mix and serve hot
