  • 1 cupsooji
  • 1/2capsicum chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • as neededbuttermilk
  • to tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper pow
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add spices and vegetables and mix well.

    Now add oil on tava and spread some batter.cook from both sides till golden brown.serve hot with tomato sauce.
