Peel your potatoes and wash them.

Cut them into medium sized wedges and wash off the excess starch.

In a bowl mix your spices together with a little oil and put in your wedges and mix them.

Preheat your oven 180 °

Line your baking tray with an aluminum foil and line your potato wedges don't pile them, let them be on a single layer.

Bake for 45 mins or until you achieve your desired crunchyness.
