And make the small rolls of the chena dough. When the water starts boiling, drop the chena rolls in the boiling water and cover with the lid and boil till eight minutes in the slow flame.

Chena roshogulla is ready drop gulab jal in boiling water and mix it and when the rasgulla get cold keep in the fridge for one hour and serve.
