  1. 3 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 tbspnginger garlic paste
  3. 2 tspzeera/cumin seeds
  4. 2 tbspnred chilli flakes
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 2 tspAjwain/carom seeds
  7. 1 tbsporegano
  8. 1 tbspkasturi methi
  9. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  10. 1big chopped onion
  11. 1big chopped tomato
  12. 1medium chopped bell pepper
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. As neededWater
  15. Pinchbaking soda
  16. As neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take wheat flour,add ginger garlic paste,red chilli flakes,turmeric powder,kasuri methi,oregano,ajwain, zeera mix well, add chopped onion,tomato,coriander leaves,green bell pepper and salt mix well..add water and make paste marinate for 2 hours!

    Take a pan add little oil, add a pinch of baking soda in the batter (add at the last moment of frying) then spread a small portion of paste let it cook from both the sides, once ready serve with greeen chutney!
