All-In Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  1. 1 (16 oz)box Rotini Pasta
  2. 1large cucumber (julienned)
  3. 1small red onion (diced)
  4. 1lg crown of broccoli (no stalk) rinsed and trimmed
  5. 1yellow or orange bell pepper
  6. 1 pintzeema tomatoes (halved)
  7. 1 (8 oz)bag shredded Italian cheese mix (any with parmesan)
  8. 3 oz.pepperoni (diced)
  9. 3 ozsmoked ham (diced)
  10. 1 (15 oz)bottle Creamy Italian dressing
  11. Sliced black olives (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil pasta until al dente

  2. 2

    Drain and rinse pasta with cold water or ice cube rinse.

  3. 3

    Do not mix until pasta is completely cooled

  4. 4

    Add more, less, or none of an ingredient to adjust to you and your family's tastes. I go ALL-IN!

    Mix all ingredient in large mixing bowl or gumbo pot(that's what I use;)

    Chill for 2 hours. Garnish with sliced pepperoni and serve!
