Steps

Heat a big pan or kadahi and put suji in it.

Roast suji on medium flame till it changes colour.

Take it out from pan.

Add water and sugar in a pan.
- 5
Mix well and make sugar syrup.

When it becomes sticky, add cardamom powder and then add roasted suji.

Mix well, stir continues and cook till it starts to thicken.

Transfer this in a greased tray and garnish with chopped almonds.
- 9
After cooling remove from tray and enjoy.
