Boil the potato and mash it.

Heat the pan. Add oil and roast the jeera. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste. Sauté until raw smells goes. Next add the grated carrot and green peas and sauté well. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, Garam masala and salt to taste. Sauté it, then close and cook for 3mins. Finally add the mashed potato with finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well all together and keep aside.

Heat the dosa pan. Pour 2 scoops of dosa batter and prepare dosa. Take 2scoops of prepared aloo masala and spread evenly in it. Add 1tbsp butter and apply all over the dosa. Flame should be in medium Low.

Cook until it’s golden brown and crispy. Fold the dosa as your wish and serve hot with coriander and coconut chutney.
