Steps

Cut all the watermelon green part (rind)into small pieces

Boil it for 8-10 mins in a pan in water till the rind become transparent.

Remove water from the rind.

In a pan add 1 cup sugar and add 2 cup water or according to your rind and add all the rind in to this syrup

Boil it for 8-10 min till u see the sugar is into a watermelon

Let it cool and add 2- 3drops of vanilla essence and lit colour to it.

Take out all the watermelon piece into tissue paper to dry it takes 24 hours to dry, then you can dry it on milk jali also

The remaining syrup you can use as a cold drink or you can make it as a kulfi with extra ingredients according to your taste.

So after 24 hrs, our tutti fruity is ready. You can store it in a container in the refrigerator it's loved by my son a lot. Enjoy take care.
