Feel yam and cut into your desired shape,rinse and add a pinch of salt

Heat oil in a medium heat,add the yam into the oil

In a pot, put oil and cut onions, stir fry for some minutes

Add your grind attarugu and onion, grind ginger and fry

Add maggi and stir
