1 cupAPF
2 tbspgranulated sugar
Pinchsalt
3eggs
1 1/2 cupwhey

In a blender, mix all ingredients. Let it rest in the fridge for 30mins.

Heat skillet, lightly put oil and drop a bit of the batter at the center of the skillet. Tilt and swirl the batter till evenly spread.

Cook till golden at the bottom and the edge start to lift from the skillet. Flip and cook other side. Continue till batter is done.
