First, wash and soaked black chickpea for 5-6 hours. Now boil potatoes and chickpea in a big mixing bowl add boiled mashed potatoes and chick pea.add salt, black salt, chat masala and red chilli powder.mix well to make masala.masala is ready.

For khatta mitha pani take a mixer jar. Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger,salt and cumin seed.grind it to a smooth pasteTtake out in a big bowl. Add 2-3 glasses of cold water in it. Add chat masala,Pani Puri masala, jalzeera,and lemon juice.mix properly. Now add dates and tamarind paste in it.mix well. Add some coriander leaves and spicy boondi in it.put it in the fridge for two-three hours.

Khatta mitha pani ready.

Serve with potatoes chick pea masala,sev and chopped onion.
