Ingredients

  • 430 gcreamcheese (room temp)
  • 3large eggs
  • 120 gcaster sugar
  • 1 tspvanila extract
  • 1 teaspoonlemon
  • 20 gcake flour
  • 270 gheavy cream(add 3 parts 1 by 1 to prevent lump)

Steps

    Mix castersugar wiv creamcheese

  2. 2

    Then the eggs

  3. 3

    Put vanilla extract and lemon

  4. 4

    Cake flour and heavy cream part by part

  5. 5

    Mix the both together

  6. 6

    Bake 240 for 35 mins or until bronze on top with wobbly middles
