Actually it is refreshing and digesting food drink ..in Ramadan after taking fried items ...... It's must to take some soothing and digestive drink then we can be relax after iftar ... So it is one of them and really excretes the toxic elements from stomach if it will be made with chia or basil seeds ... alternative for sugar cane juice ...#PakNIg

Take a deep bottom pan add water and jaggery and soak for two hours....

Now strain it and lit on the stove..on low to medium flame boil for 10 minutes...

When it will be little thicken then turn off the heat and add salt..stir in...and leave it for cooling syrup

Now pour into dry bottle and enjoy for weeks. Keep in the refrigerator..

Now take 2 glass of cold water add above mentioned ingredients and enjoy cold and very refreshing and soothing drink in Ramadan.
