Add carom seed,salt and ghee/melted butter in All prurpose flour(maida).mix well.add water gradually to make tight but soft dough.Knead for 5 minute.rest for 30 minutes

Now make filling.for filling add oil in a pan add all spices(salt,red chilli powder,cumun,crushed ted chilli flaks,crushed corriender seed and termaricpowder)fry for 30 second.

Add chicken fry with spices for 1 minutes add 1/3 cupof water cover and cook for 6 to 8 minuts.

When chicken tender.water evaporats.add lightly mashed potatoes.add green chillies (finely chopped)and some fresh coriander.Now let this mixture cool.

Now make small balls of dough.make a small roti/flat bread.cut in halves.

Add water on ons sideand press to stick and make a cone shape.

Add filling in this coneadd some water on sides of cone.

Stick together to make a samosa.

With same process make allsamosas

Add in medium hot oil turn and fry until light golden colour and crispy.

Serve hot with chicpea sauce or tamarind saice.
