Knead the dough, add ajwain, salt and ghee, use lukewarm water to knead the dough.

Now keep the dough aside. Boil the potatoes, smash them, add all ingredients for the stuffing.

Now take a ball, roll it then cut it half and then fold the ends to the center. Fill the potatoes stuffing. Prepare all the samosas. Heat oil and deep fry in batches.

Serve with chutney, sauce and tea.
