Soak urad dal for 4 hours. Grind it in the mixture. Add salt

In a bowl take it out. Stir it for 5 mins to become light. Rest it for 10 mins.

In bowl take curd, little water and sugar.Stir it.

After frying the vada.Put it in water which has salt added.soak for 2 min squeeze it.Now take the vadas in plate, pour curd and chutneys.Garnish with chat masala, jeera powder and red chilli powder
