Bread potato cheese balls

Firstly in a wok heat 3 tbsp oil,then to that add chopped onion once onion becomes translucent add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappears

Now add boiled mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, kitchen king masala powder,salt,kasoori methi,amchur powder and mix everything well.after 5 mins switch off the flame

Once this potato mixture cools down to this add bread pieces(you can remove edges of bread and make powder also) and coriander leaves mix everything well.

Now apply little oil to your palms and make small pattie of potato & bread mixture and stuff cheese cube and make ball of that (see that ball is covered nicely) so that cheese Doesn't come out while frying balls

Now dip this ball in refined flour & cornflour batter

And coat this with bread crumbs.now keep this balls for 20 mins in refrigerator

After 20 mins remove this from refrigerator and deep fry 3-4 balls(dont over crowd) on medium flame till golden brown

Once done remove on absorbent paper

Serve warm with tomato sauce

Tip - 1) These cheese filled balls freeze beautifully. therefore you can make extra batch & freeze them.

Tip 2) you can even air fry these delicious cheese balls if you are looking for a healthy alternative.
