Special Homemade Matar

Firstly, take a large bowl or chirmchi.Add maida,sooji and salt in it.

Add ajwain,black pepper and oil in it.

Knead the flour with water to make dough. Cover and rest it for 10 minutes. Then take a dough and make round shape boll and roll into a thin sheet.

After that cut it with the help of knife.

Now,take a fry pan or kadai and heat the oil in it. When oil is hot,put these into fry pan and fry it.

Finally Special Homemade Matar is ready. Serve it with tea or chutney......😋
