Brinjal is a vegetable not commonly eaten by most of the people. But Making them into these kind of fritters can make them good enough for the people who don't really like them much. They are very crispy and tasty.
Steps

Wash brinjal and slice them into medium size slices, make a paste using imli pulp, Turmeric powder, chilli powder & salt, then rub this mixture on both sides of brinjal slices.

In gramflour add all batter ingredients and make them into a medium consistency better. Dip those brinjal slices into this better and then deep fry. Serve it hot with ketchup or sweet imli chutney.
