Peel the outer skin and cut the banana into round shaped pieces.

Cut the oinions.
- 3
Fry the banana in oil, do not over fry it.
- 4
In another pan, drop two t-spoon of oil.
- 5
Drop Mustard + Onion and saute it until the onion turns brown.
- 6
Drop 1/4 t-spoon turmeric powder + 1/2 t-spoon dry chilly powder + 1/4 t-spoon coriander powder + 1/4 t-spoon salt.

Drop fired bananas into the pan and mix it for 5 min by keeping the furnace in low.
