Ingredients

  • 6eggs
  • 1medium sized onion
  • 2scotch bonnet
  • 1red bell pepper
  • Seasons to your taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the eggs in a bowl add seasoning, and whisk till the seasonings dissolves

  2. 2

    Grate your scotch bonnet,red bell pepper and chopped the onions

  3. 3

    Add in the grated ingredients and the onion

  4. 4

    Mix till everything is well combine

  5. 5

    Get a nylon and pour a scoop of the egg batter

  6. 6

    Repeat this process until you exhaust the batter

  7. 7

    Place the nylon inside a boiling water and cook for about 20~30 min

  8. 8

    Allow to the pudding to cool and remove the nylon

  9. 9

    It can be serve with salad,fried rice or jollof.

  10. 10
