Boil your yam with salt and sugar and set aside

In a frying pan add one spoon of oil add your onion,ppr,garlic and fry for 2 minutes then add your cooked minced meat and lastly add the spices and seasoning

Mash your yam and mixed it well with minced meat mixture, using your hands mould it to your desired shape,then in a small bowl add your flour and mix it with seasoning and salt,in another bowl whisk your egg using fork,in another separate bowl add your corn flakes

Then deep in the yam ball in a spicy flour,then egg and lastly corn flakes and then fry in medium heat oil,serve with ketchup
