Wash the bhindi and let it dry then make a cut in each bhindi lengthwise without cutting through the entire length they should still be joint at one end.

To a small bowl add all dry masala and mix it well take one bhindi and stuff it with the prepared masala repeat with the remaining bhindis

Heat oil in a pan place the stuffed bhindi in the pan add sliced onion and tomato and mix well after 2 minutes lower the heat to medium-low and cover the pan keep tossing the bhindi after 2-3 minutes so until it's tender and done serve bharwa bhindi hot serve with roti
