  • 1/2 kgbeef
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • I/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1large onion
  • 2large tomatoes

    Boil the cut beef

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and add onions

  3. 3

    Add the beef and fry till golden brown

  4. 4

    Add spices and tomatoes and let simmer for mins

  5. 5

    Add just a little water and let simmer again

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali/rice/chapati
