Steps
- 1
Prepare dough by adding flour, salt and oil together. Add lukewarm gradually and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and set aside for 10 minutes.
- 2
Now roll the dough in a round shape and with the help of a bowl make half circular shape for the 'heart' shape edges.
- 3
Put oil on a skillet/tawa and place the paratha over it. Cook for 2 minutes each side and get a nice golden colour.
- 4
Now prepare egg masala :- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and fry until translucent. Now add tomatoes and cook a little. Add salt, red chilli, black pepper, turmeric and give it a good mix.
- 5
Now separately whisk 2 eggs and add this to the pan with onion tomato mixture. Cook and crumble with fhe spatula until the eggs are evenly broken up and mixed in the masala.
- 6
Add green chillies and coriander to the egg masala and cover and cook for 30 seconds. Switch of the flame.
- 7
Serve your hot paratha and egg masala immediately. Decorate by putting a heart shaped cheese piece or as per your wish ❤
