Take all ingredients,grease the plate with ghee,and take the moulds and heat the pan

Put sugar in it let it melt stir it constantly with spoon till it melts

And it will change the colour close the frame put soda and coffee mix it well continuesly

Then put in the mould and let it cool it's ready to serve
