Marinade the mutton with beaten curd,sattu powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder,ginger-garlic paste. Keep it in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.

Heat the oil, add bay leaves, whole garam masala.

Add tomato paste,and fry it. When the paste colour turned brown,and oil gets separate from the tomato paste, then add the marinaded mutton without water and fry it well.
**Don’t add the marinaded water. - 4
Now add salt and cook it.
Then add the marinaded water.
If required more water you add it. Cover it.
Cooked well until the mutton turns soft with slow-flame. - 5
After the mutton boiled,add the sugar,ghee and garam masala powder. Mixed well and cover and cook it for few minutes.

Serve with any type of rice or roti-parthas.

Note-*You can add green chilli or red chilli powder
