  • 2kkg, sugar
  • 1tbsp, salt
  • 1tesp, black pepper
  • 3litter, water

    Take a large bowl, add Tamarind and water. Leave it for 1 hour.

    Now separate the tamarind pulp with steiner.

    Cook on medium high heat until becomes boiling.

    Add sugar, salt and black pepper.

    And cook until becomes thick.
