Steps

First wash and peel the potato and cut it into long pieces.

Add fine flour or arrowroot, salt, chilli powder and mix well.

Take oil in the pan and fry the potatoes when they turn golden.

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and after adding garlic, add onion, shimla chilli and all the sauces, vinegar, salt, chilli after changing the colour.

Now add some water to arrowroot and prepare the batter and mix it well.

Now add fried potatoes, honey, sesame, mix well and turn off the gas.

Potato honey chilli is ready. Now serve with rice and chapati.
