I tasted Apple vodka some years ago and wanted to make strawberry/ orange infused vodka at home. Infusing orange is a complicated process so decided to start with easier recipe😁. I have used 3 different brands of vodka till now Absolut, Stolichnaya and Smirnoff. And in my opinion Absolut gave the best infusion .

1Vodka bottle
250 gmfrozen strawberries
2 tspsugar
1Strainer
1Big glass Jar

Steps

Defrost strawberries, pat them dry with paper towels. Cut in pieces.

Put strawberries in Jar cover with sugar, pour vodka over it. Leave some space and close the lid.

Leave it in a cool dry place. After 10 days sugar will dissolve, Strawberries will loose their colour. Vodka will turn red, little sweet with notes of strawberry.

Double strain Vodka from Jar, do not crush strawberries. Refill strained Vodka in bottle. Strawberry infused vodka works for any cocktail, boozy punch or shots 😊

Use boozy strawberries for making cakes or other desserts!!
