15 cutlets
  • 200 gMinced beef
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Chinese five spice powder (optional)
  • Curry powder
  • Coriander (if available)
  • 1Onions
  • 2Potato
  • 1Egg
  • Breadcrumbs (if available)

Steps

  1. 1

    Par boil potatoes, mash. Marinate beef with salt, sugar, curry powder, 5 spice powder

    Stir fry onions and beef

    Combine mash potatoes with beef and form cutlets. Chill cutlets for 15minutes. Then dip in egg and dust with breadcrumbs. Fry till golden brown.
